The Henneberger Agency was established in 1932 and was purchased in 1989 by James
W. Flynn, ll (Russ Flynn) and James W. Flynn. At that time, the agency name was changed
to Henneberger • Flynn & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc.
Russ Flynn serves as President and Agency Manager of the corporation and is very active
in commercial sales and production. He has served on The Professional Insurance Agents
of Kentucky Board of Directors for two years and actively participates on various civic and
church boards.
In March 1995, Lynda Flynn became associated with the agency and now manages the
personal lines book of business, which includes life, automobile, home, motorcycle, boat
and other residential services. Prior to her involvement in the insurance field, she spent
many years in the banking industry dealing with customers financials, which gives her a
unique understanding of helping clients to understand their risk management.
Since 1989, Henneberger • Flynn has grown from a $1.5 million agency to a $7.2 million
agency. Together, Russ and Lynda Flynn bring many years of experience and expertise to
benefit both the companies they represent and the customers they serve.
Russ and Lynda are both active in their local community, including being members of many
organizations such as Board of Realtors, Paducah Chamber of Commerce, Western
Kentucky Builders Association, and PIA.

The commercial department of Henneberger & Flynn targets small to medium-size
commercial clients and specializes in the area of contractors and churches. The personal
